Doral SC Summer Camp 2025: Camper Guidelines

Welcome to the Doral SC Summer Camp 2025! We are thrilled to have you join us for a season of learning, fun, and friendship. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

General Conduct

1. Respect: Treat fellow campers, staff, and facilities with respect. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Participation: Engage fully and actively in all scheduled activities unless instructed otherwise by camp staff.
3. Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and belongings. Lost items should be reported immediately to camp staff.

Health and Safety

1. Emergency Information: Ensure that all emergency contact and medical information is up-to-date and on file with the camp administration.
2. Safety Rules: Follow all instructions from camp staff and adhere to specified safety rules during activities.
3. Injury and Illness: Report any injury or illness to camp staff immediately.

Attire and Equipment

1. Appropriate Clothing: Wear suitable sports attire and footwear for daily activities, along with any safety gear as required. Please ensure that all clothing is labeled with your name.
2. Personal Equipment: Bring necessary personal equipment, such as water bottles, sunscreen, and hats. All personal items should be clearly labeled.
3. Electronics: Limit use of personal electronic devices during camp activities, except during designated times.

Facilities and Property

1. Care of Facilities: Help maintain the camp’s cleanliness and respect all camp property and equipment.
2. Boundaries: Stay within designated camp areas and do not leave camp premises without permission from a counselor.

Daily Schedule

1. Punctuality: Arrive on time for all activities and meals as per the camp schedule.
2. Attendance: Notify camp staff if you are unable to attend a session or activity due to health reasons.

Communication

1. Open Dialog: Feel free to approach any camp counselor or staff member if you have questions or concerns.
2. Feedback: We welcome your feedback at the end of camp to help us improve future sessions.
